The recommended method for creating new users is to copy the user from an existing user. This streamlines the set up of new users and reduces the opportunity for oversights.
Click the cog icon in the bottom left to go to Administration. Click 'Users' to expand the users section then 'Show users and external members'. Right click the user you want to copy permissions from and select 'Copy to New AD user(s)'.
Type the persons name in the 'Name starts with:' field and select 'Find Now'. Select the person in the list then click 'OK'.
You now have a new user with the same Permissions, Groups, Security, Folder Rights and Licences as the current user. The Member details in Users contains a note to say that the user was cloned rather than created from scratch.
