Verify has been tested against Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox & Opera
What document formats are supported by Verify?
The file types supported by Verify via email capture are:
- PDF, TIF, JPG, PNG, Excel, Word
Please note all images are stored as PDF and an email will be sent to support with any unsupported attachments. The upload function within Verify only supports PDF documents.
Invoices emailed to Verify are not showing?
If you are an administrator, click the three lines in the top left and select 'Application Settings' then 'Integrations'. From here you can sign into the Customer Hub and see your email integration. Please check the schedule to see the status, and check for any errors.
How can I change open the invoice preview on my other screen?
By clicking the person icon next to your name in the top right and selecting 'My Settings', the viewer can be set to 'Always open Invoice in a separate viewer'.
Where can I find out how many invoices I have remaining?
If you are an administrator, click the three lines in the top left and select 'Subscriptions'. From here you can see invoice credit allocation and usage.
Why has my Verify session kicked me out?
For security Verify has an inbuilt timeout so that if a session has been left idle for 10 minutes, it will close the session and require you to log back into Verify.
When I try to post an invoice I’m getting an error, what is wrong?
If an error occurs during the posting process, any invoices that fail to post will be returned to the Triage stage with a note indicating the cause of failure.
