Viewing Users' Roles
When you open the Application Settings > Users you will be able to see the Users, their Status (1) and Role (2).
Editing Users' Roles
Users' Roles can be edited by opening Application Settings > Users and clicking the pencil icon at the end of their name.
Here you can change the Users permissions;
- Invoice Access Level (If Invoice Security has been enabled in General Configuration Settings)
- Manage User: Change Roles, Permissions or Deactivate the user
- Name & Email cannot be amended after creation. This is for auditing requirements. If the User's Name or Email needs changing because they are incorrect or the user has changed their Name; the user will need to be deactivated and a new user created.

Change Roles, Permission or Deactivate the user
- Organisation Administrator - Select if the User will be granted Technical Administrator Permissions in addition to their Role.
- Make the User Active/Inactive
- Select the User's Role
- Click Save to Create the user and Return to Verify, or Save & Create Another user to add more users.
